How does Visard’s auto-booking work?
You start the Telegram bot, select Auto-booking, and fill in a short form with your passport details and preferences. Our system then checks the visa centre website every 3 seconds, over 28,000 times per day. The moment a slot matching your criteria opens, our system fills the booking form and confirms the appointment in seconds. You receive the official VFS or TLScontact confirmation in Telegram. Only then do we ask for payment: £100 (UK) / €100 (Ireland) / $100 (USA) for the first applicant, plus £50 / €50 / $50 each additional. Average time from signup to confirmed appointment: 4 to 7 days (this can be longer during peak seasons, such as summer holidays or major travel periods).

Notifications is a 31-day subscription that alerts you in Telegram the moment a matching slot opens at the visa centre. You then book manually. Where will I receive notifications?
Inside the Visard Telegram bot, @vissard_bot. The moment a slot opens at the visa centre, our system pushes a notification to your Telegram. Average delivery time after a slot appears: under 1 second. Enable phone push notifications in Telegram so the alert reaches you even when the app is closed.
Can Visard book appointments for my family?
Yes. For notifications, one subscription covers your entire family, everyone in your group receives alerts under the same fee. For auto-booking, pricing is per applicant: £100 (or €100 / $100) for the first applicant, plus £50 (or €50 / $50) for each additional applicant, paid only after appointments are secured. A family of four with auto-booking from the UK costs £250 total Visard fee, compared to roughly £1,000 a traditional agency would charge upfront with no guarantee. For TLScontact-managed visas (France, Germany, Switzerland from UK) there are per-account applicant limits. We follow those rules and split groups if needed.
Is it safe to pay through the Visard bot?
Yes. Payments go through Stripe, the same checkout system used by Booking.com, Deliveroo, and thousands of regulated businesses. For auto-booking, you pay nothing upfront: we only request payment after we have successfully secured your appointment and sent you the VFS or TLScontact confirmation. Visard is a UK-registered company (verifiable on Companies House) and we comply with UK GDPR.
Is Visard a recurring subscription?
No. Both services are one-time purchases. Notifications: a single payment activates monitoring for 31 days. After 31 days the alerts stop automatically, no auto-renewal, no surprise charges. Auto-booking: a one-time fee charged only after we secure your appointment. Not a subscription at all.
What is your refund policy?
It depends on the service. Auto-booking — Our service fee is charged only after we successfully secure your appointment, so there is nothing to refund on our service fee until we deliver. The visa centre fee (VFS Global or TLScontact) is collected upfront so the booking can complete automatically when a slot opens. If you cancel before we have secured your appointment, the visa centre fee is refunded in full. If we have already booked the appointment and you need to cancel afterwards, the appointment cancellation follows VFS or TLScontact’s standard process; our service fee is owed because we delivered the booking. Notifications — If our system did not send you a slot alert during your active 31-day subscription and you can show evidence of a missed slot, write to support@visard.io and we issue a refund or extend your subscription. We are flexible.
