Who Can Apply from the UAE?
The applicant must be a resident of the UAE.

Documents Required
⚠️ Passport
Make sure your travel document fulfills these criteria:
Issued within the last 10 years
Contains at least two (2) blank pages for visas
Is valid at least 3 months after the expiration date of the visa
I am travelling for TOURISM
I am travelling for BUSINESS or CONFERENCE
I am visiting FAMILY / FRIENDS
Valid passport - issued within the last 10 years and with at least 3 months validity after the scheduled return, with at least two empty pages along with old passports Passport copy of 1st page (bio data)
Application form – completed, signed by the applicant. If the applicant is a minor, visa application signed by legal guardian (Proving the custody of a minor child, apostilled birth certificate, divorce papers etc)
One passport photograph – not older than 6 months (35mm x 45mm) in color with white background with no software corrections.
Valid UAE residence permit. Permit must be valid for a minimum three months after the scheduled return
Travel health insurance - valid in all Schengen countries with a coverage of at least 30,000 EUR for the entire duration of stay in the Schengen area. The policy has to cover costs in case of sudden illness or accident and assistance on site, including the costs of medical repatriation to the place of permanent residence of the insured person or the repatriation in case of death. Travel medical insurances have to be bought from any European insurance company and from companies from the Common list of recognized Travel Medical Insurance Companies in UAE. An applicant for a multiple-entry visa may provide an insurance policy, which is valid during the first trip.
Proof of accommodation - For the whole duration in the Schengen area. a) hotel reservation; b) proof of rental or ownership of real estate in the Member State of destination; c) confirmation of private accommodation, mentioning that the host will cover the accommodation costs
Proof of means of transport – flight ticket or flight reservations to and from Estonia
Full travel itinerary with detailed schedule
Verifiable evidence of sufficient means of subsistence during intended stay:
Applicant´s last 3 months personal bank account statement(s). Statements have to be originals with stamp and signature of the bank.
If employed:
Letter from the employer which is not more than one month old: name, date of issue, address, contacts and position of signatory, including information of monthly salary, start date of employment, length of a working contract and position at the company.
If self-employed and/or company owner:
An evidence of business ownership (trade licence) in the United Arab Emirates;
Last 3 months personal and business bank account statements.
If retired :
Personal pension bank statement for the last 3 months. or
Proof of regular income generated by ownership of property or business.
If Student or unemployed:
Parents or legal guardians have to provide their personal bank statements for the last 3 months. You should have proof of at least 70 EUR for each day of stay in Estonia.
Children under 18 years old, not travelling with both parents or travelling alone:
Birth certificate;
Original consent letter signed by their parents/legal guardian in front of a visa officer or duly legalized and copy of passport(s) of parents/legal guardian. Birth certificate and translation to English/Estonian, if applicable
Students
Copy of the student college ID card and introduction letter of the School/College/University

Step-by-Step Guide to the Application Process
Identify visa type (Choose the right visa for your trip).
Begin your application (Get started with your visa application). Once you are ready to apply , fill up the visa form online.
Prepare Documents: Ensure all required documents are ready and properly organized.
Book an Appointment:
Once you’ve booked your appointment, you’ll receive an appointment confirmation email along with the letter of appointment.
If you are part of a family or group, you’ll have to book individual appointments for each member of the family or group.
Pay your fees: Once you have made your application, you will need to pay your visa application fee. If you download the form to print and bring to the Visa Application Centre, payment will be made at the time of your appointment. You can pay the visa fee in cash or by card at the Visa Application Centre visa application centre
Submit Application: Submit your visa application with all the required documents at the scheduled time of your appointment.
Track your application (Stay informed about the progress of your application)
Collect your passport: After a visa application decision has been made, you can pick up your passport from the Visa Application Centre only by appointment or have your passport returned to you by courier for an additional fee.
Collecting your passport in person: bring the receipt issued by the Visa Application Centre and a form of Government identification. If permitted you may be able to send a representative to collect your passport; they will need to present a letter of authorization signed by you, bring the receipt issued to you by the Visa Application Centre and their Government identification.
Please check with the Visa Application Centre at opening time for the options available to collect your documents.
Processing Time
The processing of the application takes at least two weeks, but can take longer if the application is not complete. Please note that all applications are processed individually. The Embassy may request further documentation and information in support of the same.
Please note as per the instructions received from Embassy minimum processing time is 15 Calendar days (it may be further delayed depending on the case). All applications must be submitted at least 15-20 days prior to the proposed date of travel to accommodate any unforeseen processing delays.
