  1. Completed and Signed Application Form

    Fill out the online application at https://visa.vrm.lt/epm/ (select C type). Print all pages, sign each one, staple them together, and bring along with other documents.

  2. Valid Travel Document

    • Must be valid for at least three months beyond the requested visa's validity.

    • Must contain at least two blank pages.

    • Issued within the last 10 years.

  3. Photographs

    • 2 color photos taken within the last 6 months, size 3.5 x 4.5 cm, printed on photo paper.

    • The face must occupy 70-80% of the area, with a height of 31-36 mm from chin to head.

    • Background must be white and monotone.

    • No sunglasses or head coverings, except for mandatory religious headwear.

    • Glasses should not have darkened lenses and must not cover the eyes.

    • The mouth must be closed.

  4. Travel Medical Insurance

    Proof of insurance covering the entire stay in Schengen States, including repatriation, urgent medical attention, emergency hospital treatment, or death, with a minimum coverage of €30,000.

  5. Roundtrip Flight Ticket

    Confirmed return flight ticket or reservation to the intended destination and country of origin or residency. For car travel, provide originals and copies of registration and insurance documents.

  6. Accommodation Proof

    Documentation confirming accommodation for the entire stay (e.g., hotel booking, private accommodation proof).

  7. Financial Means Proof

    • For personal means: last 3 months' bank statements showing sufficient funds (€50 per day).

    • For students/unemployed: notarized “Letter of Guarantee” from sponsor and original bank statement showing sufficient balance (€50 per day).Note: If supported by a spouse, provide a marriage certificate.

  8. Civil Registry Extract

    Complete extract of the civil registry (Tam Tekmil Vukuatlı Nüfus Kayıt Örneği).

  9. If Applicant is a Student

    Recent student certificate (Öğrenci Belgesi) issued by YÖK with a QR code.

  10. If Applicant is Employed

  • Recent employment letter (not older than one week) from employer, including contact information and registration number in Turkey.

  • Payslips for the last 3 months.

  • Company registration and trade register bulletin.

  • Tax payment statement and company activity certificate (Faaliyet Belgesi).

  • Permission letter from employer.

  1. If Applicant is a Business Owner

  • Company registration and trade register bulletin.

  • Tax payment statement and company activity certificate.

  • If self-employed: letter from accountant or banker stating ownership, along with a letter from tax authorities.

  • If a farmer: farmer certificate from the chamber of agriculture.

  1. If Applicant is Retired

    Retirement document and detailed vital record.

  2. Social Security Document

    SGK service document (SGK hizmet dökümü) with QR code.

  3. Identity Proof

  • For Turkish nationals: copy of Identity Card.

  • For non-Turkish nationals: proof of legal residency valid for at least 3 months post-return or proof of application for renewal.

  1. Passport Copies

    Copy of the passport's first page and any Schengen visas received in the last 3 years.

  2. For Minors

  • Copy of birth certificate.

  • Original notarized permission signed by parents ("Letter of Consent").Note: Consent required only if traveling alone or with one parent, unless the other parent is deceased or has lost custody.

  • Copy of valid Schengen visa of traveling parent(s), if applicable.

    • If you apply as a family or other kind of group, please mention you are a member of a group. It is necessary to book an individual appointment for each member of a group.

  • Pay the Fees: Once you have made your application, you will need to pay your visa application fee. If you download the form to print and bring to the Visa Application Centre, payment will be made at the time of your appointment.

  • Submit Application: Attend the appointment at the visa center, submit your documents, and provide biometrics.
