Visard was a lifesaver when it came to scheduling document submission for a French visa, which was nearly impossible otherwise. I managed to book a visa appointment within a week of purchasing the subscription. Under current circumstances, it is the most effective solution for obtaining a French Schengen visa.
Schengen visa appointment tracker for the UK
Appointment availability changes by the minute. We check TLScontact and VFS Global every 3 seconds and message you the moment a slot opens.
How does a Schengen visa appointment tracker work?
Visard monitors official Schengen visa appointment portals for UK residents every three seconds, then sends a Telegram alert the moment a slot opens. Choose your destination, select notifications or auto-booking, and manage the appointment through Telegram.
Checked every 3 seconds
Our system monitors VFS Global and TLScontact 24/7, performing roughly 28,800 checks per day for each UK corridor.
Auto-booking on 17 corridors
The moment a slot opens for an eligible destination, the appointment is secured in under a second, day or night, without you being at the screen.
Visard fee paid after success
Auto-booking is £100 first applicant plus £50 each additional, charged only after your appointment is confirmed.
One subscription for all travellers
Notifications start at £35 (single country) or £65 (all 20 covered destinations). One subscription covers everyone in your group.
How the appointment tracker works for UK applicants
From Telegram to confirmed Schengen appointment in four steps. Average time: 4 to 7 days.
I called several agencies and was told that slots for France are only available in 3 months. The bot is excellent, highly recommend! A support team contacted me the very next day after the payment, asked if everything was okay, and then answered all my questions instantly :)

Notifications send you a Telegram alert when a slot opens; you book manually on VFS or TLScontact. Auto-booking secures the appointment for you the moment a slot opens, and the official confirmation arrives in Telegram. Auto-booking is available for 17 of our 20 covered UK corridors. Notifications start at £35 for one destination or £65 for all 20; auto-booking starts at £100 first applicant. France and Germany are listed but not currently covered from the UK.
These corridors only support notifications because the visa centre systems for these countries have specific technical limitations. Notifications still work, our average user books these countries within 1 week after receiving slot alerts. France and Germany are separate cases: they are not covered from the UK at all at the moment.
Notifications work for Switzerland from the UK today, you receive Telegram alerts the moment a slot opens at TLScontact and book manually. Switzerland from the UK is notifications only.
Average from signup to confirmed appointment: 4 to 7 days (this can be longer during peak seasons, such as summer holidays or major travel periods). Some bookings happen within hours during high-availability windows. That is the appointment; for the decision itself, see how long a Schengen visa takes.
For notifications, one subscription covers your entire group, everyone receives alerts for the same flat fee. For auto-booking, pricing is per applicant: £100 first plus £50 each additional. We attempt same-day or same-time slots so your family can attend together. For TLScontact-managed routes (France, Germany, Switzerland from UK), there are per-account applicant limits: France allows max 3 applicants in one account at any UK city. Germany and Switzerland allow max 3 in London but only 1 in Manchester or Edinburgh. We follow these rules and split groups when needed.
You must call TLScontact, request deletion of the existing application, and create separate compliant applications. There is no other workaround for this case.
UK residents need a valid passport, biometric residence proof (eVisa share code or UKVI account screenshot for non-British citizens), travel insurance, accommodation proof, and proof of financial means. Each destination has specific requirements, see our guide to the documents you need for a Schengen visa.
Auto-booking — Our service fee is charged only after we successfully secure your appointment, so there is nothing to refund on our service fee until we deliver. The visa centre fee (VFS Global or TLScontact) is collected upfront so the booking can complete automatically when a slot opens. If you cancel before we have secured your appointment, the visa centre fee is refunded in full. If we have already booked the appointment and you need to cancel afterwards, the appointment cancellation follows VFS or TLScontact’s standard process; our service fee is owed because we delivered the booking. Notifications — If our system missed a slot during your active 31-day window, write to support@visard.io with evidence and we issue a refund or extension.
