How does Visard work?
Visard monitors visa appointment systems (VFS Global, TLScontact, BLS International) every 3 seconds — that’s 28,800 checks per day. When a slot opens, you receive an instant push notification via Telegram. With auto-booking enabled, we can book the slot for you automatically.
Where will I receive notifications?
You will receive notifications inside the Telegram bot (@vissard_bot). Telegram delivers push notifications instantly to your phone — faster than email or SMS.
How do I get started?
Download Telegram, start our bot (@vissard_bot), select your application country and destination, choose your service (notifications or auto-booking), and complete payment. The entire setup takes under 60 seconds.
Pricing & Payment
How much does Visard cost?
Pricing depends on your application country. UK: £35 (single country) or £65 (all countries). Ireland: €40/€50. UAE: AED 200/AED 350. USA: $40/$60. India: ₹2,500/₹4,600. Turkey: $25/$50. Morocco: $25/$50. Auto-booking (where available): UK £100, Ireland €100, USA $100 — pay only after appointment is secured.
Is it a recurring subscription?
No. We charge you only once. Your subscription is valid for 31 days from activation. No auto-renewal, no hidden fees.
Is it safe to transfer money in the bot?
Yes, completely safe. We use Stripe — the same payment processor used by Booking.com, Deliveroo, and thousands of other companies. All payments are encrypted and you have full chargeback protection.
Can I get a refund?
For notifications: we provide a refund if we failed to send a notification for a slot you booked. For auto-booking: if we don’t book an appointment, you don’t pay — that’s our pay-after-success model.

What countries do you support?
We support applications from 10 countries: UK (23 destinations), Ireland (13), UAE (13), USA (5), India (6), Turkey (10), Morocco (10), Kuwait (11), Saudi Arabia (14), and Qatar (13).
Is 1-month subscription period enough?
Yes. Our statistics show 30% of available slots are for next week, 40% within the current month. Most users secure an appointment within 4–7 days.
Can I use one subscription for my whole family?
Yes. One notification subscription covers all applicants. For auto-booking, additional family members are discounted (e.g., £50 each after the first £100).
Auto-Booking
What is auto-booking?
We book the appointment for you automatically. You provide your details once via our Telegram bot, and when a slot appears, our system books it instantly. You receive the official VFS/TLS booking confirmation.
Do I really pay nothing upfront?
Correct. We request payment only after we send you the confirmed booking. No appointment = no payment.
Which countries support auto-booking?
UK: 19 countries (excluding France, Spain, Switzerland). Ireland: 6 countries. USA: Portugal only. UAE, India, Turkey, Morocco: notifications only — auto-booking coming soon.
Safety & Trust
Is Visard a legitimate company?
Yes. Visard LTD is registered in the United Kingdom and verifiable on Companies House. We process payments through Stripe, comply with UK GDPR, and have 15,000+ appointments secured.
Will using a bot affect my visa application?
No. Zero reported cases of appointments cancelled due to automated booking. Your visa outcome depends entirely on your documents.
What about my personal data?
For notifications: we only need your destination preferences. For auto-booking via TLS: login credentials only (change password after). For VFS: personal data for forms, deleted regularly. UK GDPR compliant.
