• Travel medical insurance valid throughout Schengen with at least €30,000 cover for emergency treatment and repatriation.

• Recent bank statements and proof of regular income or sponsorship.

• For minors, birth/civil-status documents and notarised parental consent where required.

Spain’s official page requires the Schengen form, a recent photograph, a passport valid for at least three months after planned departure and issued within 10 years, travel insurance with at least €30,000 cover, proof of purpose/accommodation/means and evidence that the applicant will leave before visa expiry.
